Leaving on our first day of travel
As we get ready to leave on our trip to the wild west, we say goodbye
to our family and our home of 24 years. We know that the hardest part of this adventure is leaving those we love. We know that they will be busy with their lives and we will enjoy our new adventures. So, off we go. The trip went well until we hit construction at the Sarnia/US border and sat in traffic for 1.5 hours. Then to add insult to injury, we were selected for a random full inspection at US customs. Of course they didn't find anything but we had to reliquish our onions. The rest of the trip was fine and we arrived at Rifle River in Michigan at 4:30. Hooked up the RV and relaxed for the rest of the day.

I Gerry and Carmen,
ReplyDeleteI read your blog with interest, I hope you keep it up while you are away. I will make sure Michelle and Kyle see it later. I looked for the little figure (unsure what his name is) in the photos and I think it is a great idea, Kyle is going to love looking for him.
I have never commented on a blog before so I will kepp this short in case it doesn't work (let me know).
Have fun. Speak to you soon.
Andy
Hey Guys,
ReplyDeleteI figured it out and will set up an account for Michelle and Kyle with their profiles so that they can access your blog at any time and have their own passwords.
I will send you some photos a little later.
Andy
