There are 4 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts (sort of like outdoor ping pong but bigger), 12 shuffle board courts, 4 bocce courts and some stuff I haven't figured out yet.
This is the central courtyard. Around it are things like an exercise room, craft rooms, billiard room, wood working, gem classes, dance training and ball rooms. You name a leisure activity and its here. They also have a convenience store, a restaurant, barber shop/hairdresser etc etc.

As we ride our bikes around the park, we come across little spots like this which are decorated with local plants. There are also a lot of citrus trees with fruit on them. They look to be about a month behind Yuma and are just coming ripe. Now we'll have to figure out which ones we can help ourselves to.
What a difference between the 2 parks! Yuma was small and cozy making it easy to meet people and relax. This park is huge with gorgeous parks and facilities. Activities abound with something for everyone. It does seem more difficult to meet our neighbours because everyone is always away doing some activity or other. Oh well, I think I'll go shoot some pool.
