Family and Friends at Grand Prairie

We left Edmonton around 8:30 and headed north to Grand Prairie. The road is quite desolate and low volume as we travel north.

We arrived at Carmens brothers around 3 PM and parked for the night. There is a diesel shortage up here so we had to use Darwins cardlock to get fuel the next day. We are using about 6 litres a day to keep the RV warm so can't afford not to keep the tank full.

The second night, we had a great supper as an

excuse for the family to get together. Just can't beat that Alberta beef.

We came across this moose calf in our travels. Its been a long time since we've seen moose. Kinda makes you feel at home.

Its our first chance at the internet at Carmens sister Charlenes so she's checking her emails and replying because we may not get another chance for awhile.
