Here is where we parked for a few days. Karen gave us power and after tightening the heater hoses and adding antifreeze, everything was fine.
After we parked Harvey at Karens. we stayed with my dad for a few days. Here he is pouring us a drink. I guess he didn't know we were tee-totalers. We had a great visit and went out for supper for his 84th birthday. Probably the first time I've been there for his birthday since I was a b
aby.We went for a drive from Calgary to see the mountains and foothills. What a lovely countryside. Why don't pictures do mountains justice?
In the foothills, in ranch country, someone got the bright idea of putting caps on fence posts. There must be a mile of posts that have caps nailed to them. Kinda different.
